I ordered an appliance from GE on their website. GE exclusively uses A1 for customer deliveries. I would strongly encourage everyone to avoid A1 Delivery Co at ALL COSTS. First, after waiting 10 days for delivery, they scheduled 10 customers in the same 4 hour window (I found this out from GE, not A1).I never received a call the day of the delivery from A1, nothing despite me calling them dozens of times after the 4 hour window passed. You only get voicemail. Of course they never showed or called. This morning I called them and was told I could be rescheduled for delivery NEXT WEEK!!!! WOW THANKS! I asked, wasnt my appliance still on the truck from yesterday and they said no, they dont work that way. How friggin ridiculous. Please believe the rotten reviews on Yelp for A1, they are all true. I've now cancelled my order and will go buy and pickup a new appliance myself. GE reps were sympathetic and tried hard to help but Corporate GE stays with A1 as their exclusive delivery service for unknown reasons. They should be dumped for good.

Had this model 2 times and got communication error with lower oven fault both times. GE unable to fix. They did give me a different model but I wouldn™™t buy this model.

We love the product itself. It looks sharp. Don't have that stupid microwave over the cooktop and this definitely beats having the drawer microwave. The microwave is a little underpowered. This was the one product I was really looking forward to having Wi-Fi and I did not confirm that it did since even the range hood has Wi-Fi. It would have been so nice to been able to get alerts when my roast has hit temperature or to remotely start or stop the oven. I am extremely disappointed that my $3,000 oven does not come with Wi-Fi when the dishwasher, refrigerator and range hood all connect to the app.

This convection oven / microwave is such an upgrade from my 1990's combo unit. It fit exactly as expected - make sure you measure the INSIDE walls of your current oven before purchasing. The outside gives a different measurement.
The controls are a little funky to get used to, but I'm sure I'll be a pro in no time There are no physical or virtual buttons, just choices on which part of the components you want to use and a dial that moves through the menu of that thing. If I want to microwave something, I choose that component, then have to navigate the menu to choose cooking time, power setting, and / or cooking style. It's a bit cumbersome, but so much better that other versions I looked at.
The capacity is very nice. It's bigger inside than my old oven and microwave, so I'm hoping I can make roasts and larger dinners.
So far the convection part of this unit has worked well and functions as expected. The performance so far has met my expectations.

I was disappointed that the cooling fan in microwave needed to be replaced within three weeks. Also, the oven takes a very long time to preheat.

Our oven went out right before thanksgiving and remans out now, Jan. 28. We live near the coast "over the hill" from the SF Calif. peninsula. When I requested GE service, I was informed that GE does not service there appliances where we live (!) The local folks who have been working on it have not been successful in installing the parts that they were told by GE that they needed. I will look for a brand that services their appliances where we live.

Not pleased with this product.
1. The blower blows air right in your face.
2. Only pops about 60% of the microwave popcorn on the popcorn setting.
3. Hard to reach over the drop-down door with something heavy.
4. Didn't get an Owner's Manual. I shouldn't have to print 64 pages which is environmentally bad!

We just bought the GE 27 inch double wall oven with microwave combo from Costco. Great sale price. Just tried the convection bake & the food came out wonderfully well. My daughter used the regular bake feature for her cake & it performed flawlessly. Happy so far with it.

GE Profile 27" builtin oven/microwave purchased from Costco. According to GE it would fit into cabinet containing older GE Profile unit. It did not. Was 1/8 inch wider requiring carpentry to enlarge cabinet. Also required electrician to move power junction box within the cabinet. Extra $300. Installation finally done and unit looks nice. However, missing non-stick metal tray and aluminum baking sheet for the microwave. Looking forward to cooking with this unit.

It™™s an attractive, sturdy, spacious microwave and oven. But two things I™™m not happy about - when the microwave stops, you can barely hear the alert, and there is no volume control. Also, when setting the oven temp, the temp reading is what it™™s set at. It never tells you the actual temp as it™™s heating up. The old version of this oven had these features.

The controls need some study to figure out how to use them. Not real intuitive. Touch controls are nice, but a few dedicated single-purpose physical buttons would be nice. Performance of the oven and microwave is good, we just hope it can go 22 years like our old combo oven.

-selection prompts have too many layers
-signal sound level useless (not muted). Hardly perceivable 5 feet away
-microwave door opening stupid. Have to reach over the door and the latches catch loose sleeves. Nice design but bad operability.
-reheat sensor has issues with any cover on a dish, even loose ones. No cover, shuts off too soon

The oven overall is fine. The misleading part is that it is advertised as a "convection microwave". This would suggest functionality, as with some of their other products, of being able to utilize both at the same time for rapid warming while maintaining crispiness of food. This is NOT the case; it can either be used as a microwave or convection oven at any one time.

We purchased this unit when we did our kitchen remodel in 2018. It worked wonderful, looked very good in our kitchen amongst our cherry wood cabinets and then in 2023 the microwave stopped working. we had several GE text out here to look at the problem and after multiple visits, we were told it cannot be repaired and we were promised a 30% discount for a new unit when we decided to purchase it. Needless to say, we are not getting that 30% now that we are ready to purchase a new unit. Not happy with GE at all.

No issues at this time except that there was no Owner™™s Use and Care manual included in the original shipping box. There were installation instructions. I have found the Owner™™s manual online but it is very inconvenient to refer to and it does not have any information regarding trouble shooting or replacement parts our diagrams. It all so does not have any contact information to get service. Can you please send me a printed copy of the Owner™™s manual. In addition where can I purchase accessory items for the ovens?

Light went out in the Microwave. In order to replace the entire unit must be removed from the cabinet and the remove the enclosure. I removed mounting screws but could not get the microwave out. I just decided to live without the light. A very stupid design.

Very versatile piece of equipment. Self explanatory settings. There is plenty of oven space with the microwave as a secondary oven. The convection feature cooks food evenly. The oven fits well with my other appliances.

The oven has three racks with one being a full extension rack, very nice feature. Heats up to temp relatively quickly and holds a nice steady temp. I've check the accuracy of the oven with an oven thermometer and it is very accurate.
The microwave is extra large and very powerful. The controls take a bit to get used to. But not hard to use once you know what your doing. A very nice combination oven and I'm very happy with this purchase.

[Employee of ge_appliances] We have a condo and limited space.the only unit that fits in the space is this GE model,and this replaced the very same model of 30 years ago.( which, still worked but the microwave was getting ugly inside. We are pleased with the upticks, additional space. Glider rack and the convection oven.We have used the convection instead of the conventional oven due to a heat wave we are having and are pleased to have the added option. The unit is easy to use. It will let you know if you haven™™t pressed Start! Beep It is able to accommodate some large pans and a roaster I was unable to use previously. The unit looks great in its space and is easy to use

I purchased this expensive new age cooking appliance for my kitchen remodel in May of ™22. No problems until the warranty expired. It was tough finding a repair person to diagnose the problem. We replaced the capacitor in Dec ™24. Now, May ™25, it won™™t turn on at all. The oven still works.

Microwave has very straightforward operation. As a tiny observation, I would like to be able to set a precise time (e.g., 44 seconds). No really possible now.

This is now my third home; my primary choice of kitchen brand appliance is GE Profile. For my previous home, I choose GE Profile refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and cooktop because they are long lasting and require infrequent repair servicing. In this home, as appliances needs replacement, they are being replaced with GE Profile for the same reasons mentioned above. Their reliability is a foregone expectation.
