Automatically sets the oven to 350° F. for baking or 500° F. for broiling. You've got better things to think about than the exact temperature for broiling fish. Put food in the oven, touch a button and walk away.
Sabbath Mode Feature
The Sabbath Mode allows tones, lights and error messages to be over-ridden. The oven will not automatically shut off after 12 hours and a set temperature can be maintained for extended periods of time. Only the 'start' and '0-9' key pads will operate.
Delay Bake
Set the oven to begin cooking while you're at work or the soccer game. Dinner's ready when you get home.
Custom Broil
The better way to broil. Set your own broiling temperature, between 170F° F. and 500° F. in five-degree increments. High heat perfect for grilling meats or low heat for delicate cooking such as browning meringues.
